10 second read: Very traditional but not very popular accompaniment to pakodas & chillas. Very fresh & tangy flavors
Cut the guava in the centre, scoop out if any seeds are there. Cut into smaller pieces. Clean and cut the coriander ,ginger and chilly. Squeeze the lemon and add the salt in the mixture and grind to a fine paste.
This accompaniment can be made spicier by adding more chillies or even black pepper. This chutney has a very different flavor from the regular green chutney that everyone is used to.
