a) Heat up the vegetable oil and fry the slivers of garlic to a crisp golden brown.
b) Mix ingredients 1 to 6 and refrigerate for a couple of hours at the minimum (preferably overnight).
c) Heat up a heavy bottomed skillet and put 1 tbsp oil and once heated up add the onions and toss them till they get translucent. Add the marinated chicken and cook on low heat. Or optionally, preheat a convection oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Add all the above mentioned ingredients (except the fried garlic) in a greased tray and cook for 15 to 18 minutes.
d) To serve place the chicken on a serving plate and sprinkle the crispy fried garlic, freshly shredded ginger and fresh coriander.
Meat of any kind tastes best if it’s marinated for long hours. The longer you marinate, the better the flavor it gets. After marinating, always pack it and refrigerate it.
