Final preparation
Peel, deseed and chop the mango. Peel the onion and cut roughly. Chop the chilly and the coriander. Add all the ingredients to a blender and churn it. Keep it Refrigerated.
This can also be made in a mortar & pestle. The texture changes distinctly but the flavors are much better.
