10 second read: Restaurant style dish that is as delicious as it is simple to make. A sure shot way to impress guests at home.
Final preparation
a) Make a paste of the ingredients to be used for marinade. Use a little water if need be.
b) Cut the paneer, capsicum and tomatoes and marinate it all.
c) Evenly cook all the paneer on a hot tawa with a little oil. Coloring it evenly. Add the vegetablesTo the same pan and toss evenly without over cooking them.
d) Arrange and put the paneer and the vegetables nicely in bamboo skewers, sprinkle the chaat masala and present on a plate with onion roundels and lemon wedges
We are cooking it on a tawa and not in a tandoor, hence they need to be cooked separately and then put on a skewer. If you have a convection oven, the same thing can be put on bamboo skewers and put on a greased tray, to be cooked in an oven at 180 degrees C for 12 to 15 minutes.
