Final preparation
In a kadhai, dry roast the besan for 10 to 12 minutes. The color changes to a shade darker.
Add the ghee and continue to roast for a few more minutes. After the ghee is mixed well and you start to get a nutty flavor from the mix is when you add sugar & mix well. Add the cardamom and the almonds and let it cool down. Take it in your palm and give it a nice round shape.
Add raisins or cashew nuts for a royal feel and look.
