Final preparation
a) Grate the mooli and squeeze the water out. Add all the other ingredients and make a soft dough keep aside for 20 minutes
b) Make 8 equal parts and roll to make 1 cm thick rotis using flour to dust. Cook on a tawa on medium heat. Apply ghee and serve hot
As is popularly known, do have it with sarson ka saag, especially in winters!
