10 second read: The mooli addition makes it even healthier and tastes great. Can be had on its own with pickles or chutney

Final preparation 

a) Grate the mooli and squeeze the water out. Add all the other ingredients and make a soft dough keep aside for 20 minutes
b) Make 8 equal parts and roll to make 1 cm thick rotis using flour to dust. Cook on a tawa on medium heat. Apply ghee and serve hot

Chef's tip

As is popularly known, do have it with sarson ka saag, especially in winters!
