Final preparation
a) Mix 1/3 of the ghee and all the other ingredients in a steel bowl or a clean flat surface .
b) Knead to a stiff dough and keep aside for 20 minutes.
c) Make 15 to 18 equal parts and roll into a 1cm thick roti. Cook on low heat on a tawa. Apply ghee and serve hot.
If you cook it on slow heat, you can control the amount of ghee or fat you add to it.
