10 second read: Inspired by the famous street style Kebabs from Lucknow, this is a very simple home style recipe taken from a close friend’s mother who always made it for us for breakfast when we visited her. It is rightfully, considered, the delicacy of Lucknow!
Final preparation
a) Combine the first nine ingredients in a steel bowl and refrigerate for half an hour.
b) Remove, make small balls and flatten them like in a tikki, not thicker than a centimeter. Dust in the maida and keep on the side.
c) On a hot frying pan,put the oil and pan fry the tikkis for 3 minutes on each side on slow flame.
d) Sprinkle chaat masala and coriander leaves once ready and serve immediately with green chutney and sliced onions.
Make the mixture and keep in advance. mince the chicken really fine, else it will have the texture of a very ordinary chicken starter.

100 gms | Bread crumbs ( for binding) |
100 gms | Refined flour (maida) |
To fry | Oil or vanaspati |
1 tsp | Chaat masala |
To garnish | Coriander leaves chopped |
